Application:

ZYD double stage transformer oil purifier is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway and others. It is designed for the vacuum filter of expensive oil such as fresh oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil, extra-high tension transformer oil (cover110v, major transformer), and for vacuum oiling, and drying of transformers. This filter can live line work on the spot.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value < 5Pa
2. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.

4. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.

7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.

8.Adopt interlocked protective system,which connect oil pump,heater and liquid level sensor,avoiding blank heating,blank pumping.

9.Functions of live line work on-site,vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, series ZYD adds ROOTS vacuum system, second stage of separating system to improve the effect of purification which dewaters, degases and removes impurities more quickly, more completely and make the oils limiting voltage-withstand value much higher. This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can filter and be an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be vacuum treating the electric insulating devices. Series ZYD utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology.
