PNS is made of naphthalene, sulfonic acid, HCHO through sulphuration, hydrolyzation, condensation, neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide and try to PNS powder. the functions of PNS: Reduce 10 to 25 percent of cement content when the strength and the slump of the concrete are basically same. improves the initial slump of the concrete by more than 10cm. improve the strength by 20 to 60 percent. economically batch workable concretes with water/cement ratios of 0.3 or less, batch Silica Fume concrete at low water/cement ratios, achieve super-fluid, highly workable concretes without excessive set extension.
