Please find our product details below: Albacore Tuna from East Pacific off Vancouver Island I have 50,000lbs of albacore tuna coming in each month until November to our home port on Vancouver Island. I am looking to gain entry into the Chinese market. The albacore are head spiked and bled, and flash frozen at see to -40-degrees celcius. They are smaller fish from 12 to 45 lbs and generally go to the sushi market in Vancouver.
