Please find our product details below: Vortex Mill Super Fine Ltd is proud to announce its new laboratory micronizer, the SF-35 Vortex mill. This new mill specifically developed for R&D laboratories and this unit is able to process very low quantities of product (down to 0.2 g) with high product yields. SF-35 reduced dimensions allow its use in standard laboratory benches, into laminar flow cabinets or into isolated glove box systems. The SF-35 can be used with hand feeding or in conjunction with dedicated screw feeders. This configuration enables automatic precise product flow control and hence better micronization. Pharma Vortex mill Super Fine has developed an innovative resonance comminution system that offers unprecedented advantages in terms of powder quality and energy consumption. Our product line includes mills for different materials and applications: polymers, food & food additives, sticking materials and hard materials. After several years of study and development we can propose new state of art milling systems for pharmacy industry, fully GMP accepted. Absence of screws (replaced by tri-clover connections) and smooth surfaces without cavities make the mill easy for cleaning and validation. Today in our portfolio present three types of mill with inside milling chamber diameter 35, 70 and 90 mm, and feeding rate capacity from 0.05 to 75 kg/hr.
