Step 2: Seller issues FCO within 48 to 72 hours. Step 3. Buyer signs the FCO within 48 to 72 hours and sends it back via Fax. Step 4: The Seller sends the Draft Contract within 48 to 72 hours to the Buyers address. Step 5: Buyer signs Draft Contract within 48 to 72 hours and sends it back to the Seller via fax or e- mail and the original contract per UPS / DHL etc. Step 6: The Seller sends the signed contract in hard copy back to the Buyer via Courier Service. Step 7: Buyer sends the Seller a Draft Non-operative Documentary Letter of Credit for approval (The bank cost for this Draft Non-Operative DLC is approx. USD. 30, - to 120, - ) Step 8: The Sellers bank send the SWIFT POP to the Buyers bank. Other documents as proof of past deliveries (like Bill of Lading, S.G.S. certificate, sample material, etc.) will not be provided!!! Step 9: After acceptance and approval by Seller and Sellers bank Buyer issues the inoperative L/C to the seller via SWIFT message within 3 to 5 banking days The LC has to come from a Top 50 western bank!!! Step 10: Seller issues the Performance Bond within 5 to 7 banking days, which triggers the inoperative L/C of the Buyer to become active. Step 11: Thereafter, the shipment (s) will / shall commence as per contract. IMPORTANT NOTE CHANGE TO THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT ACCEPTED!! Sorry we can't skip the terms for any one at any leanth project.
