Shanghai Chunxu Rotational Ltd Specialists in Rotational Moulding. Shanghai Chunxu Rotational Ltd is a rotational moulder offering flexible and reactive services to all our clients. With over 2years of technical experience in the polymer industry we are able to mould a wide variety of products from basic hollow shapes to complicated technical designs. Established in1986, Chunxu Rotational has generated a reputation for quality both in terms of production and service. We work closely with toolmakers and material suppliers utilising their expertise wherever possible. Moulding Sevices Chunxu Rotational mould components up to 3 m in length and 2m wide in LDPE, LLDPE, and cross-linked PE. In response to ever increasing environmental concerns we can also mould using recycled polymer. A full range of colours can be achieved either by using compound or dry blend materials. We can work to Pantone or RAL references or if you wish you can provide a colour sample and we will match it. lWe are highly skilled in the use of Mould-In Graphics so that your corporate image can be permanently displayed on your components or your product enhanced by additional graphic design. Assembly and Ancillary Service Chunxu Rotational Ltd has a skilled team of assembly workers who finish, assemble and pack items according to specification. Once complete it is possible to dispatch products direct to your customers, minimizing transport costs. We also have facilities to store either finished product or additional components to assemble with Chunyang moulded components. Design & Development Chunxu Rotational are able to mould using your existing tooling. However should you require any modifications or development of new designs we can work closely with designers and toolmakers to develop tooling that is not only fit for purpose but also efficient to mould, cost effectiveness.
