This product is white crystal grain of high purity. Its melting point is 158℃; its heat resolution temperature is 250℃. This product is sold as solid powder, and it also sells to the users who dont have the condition to transfer flame retardant using the form of EG ester solution which contains 45% flame retardant. The usage of product: This product and PTA, the EG together to copolymerize and produce the flame retardant slices, it can blend with glycol under appropriate environment until 80% etherified. Counter-fire polyester slices polymerization environment is the same to normal slice. The phosphor fastens to flame retarding Terylene slices has no poisonous feature, no corrosion, and its counter-fire capacity long and steady. When its copolymerized with PTA and EG, the quantity of using is 2.5%-4.5%, that is 3500-6500ppm, the extreme oxygen amount after being spinned is xxxxx heat resolution temperature of the slices made from it is 410℃, with good stability under heat and easy to spin, so it can produce all kinds of flame retarding short fibers and long silk.
