PL series plate pressure oil purifier is mainly used to separate the impurities and water from the oil. It is suitable for filtering the engine oil ,hydraulic oil(free carbon), used lube oil and so on. There is filtering media, such as filtering paper or filtering fuse, installed between the plastic filter board and filter plate that will be fixed to form a single filtering room under the pressure of the packing device. The filtering paper or filtering fuse packed between the filter board and filter plate will play a role of filtering. It's characterized by simple structure, easy operation, low cost, ect. Working Principle

It takes the filter paper as the filter element, the waste oil is injected into the machine under high oil pressure, which produced by the oil pump. The impurity is hold up by the superimposed filter paper. When the value of oil pressure excess to a setting value or the filter paper is wet, we just need to change the new filter paper, then it can work normally. The wet filter paper can reuse again after drying by a special dryer.
