Sugar Information for potential Buyers Dear Sir/ Madame, We are the agent for a large sugar supplier; we can provide you with Brazilian ICUMSA 45 sugar of any quantity (min qty: 12,500 MT). We are in direct contact with the supplier so there are no other people or agents to go through and for this reason business can be carried out fast and efficiently. Business Procedure & Terms : 1. Buyer should submit Letter of Intent (LOI) and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) 2. Seller issues the FCO. 3. Buyer accepts and agrees the terms and conditions of the FCO by counter signature & companies seal and returning it to the seller. 4. Seller and Buyer will lodge the hard copies of the Contract with their respective banks. 5. Buyer will present pre-advised L/C to be approved by Seller's Bank. 6. The Buyer bank provides Proof of Funds to the sellers bank. The Proof Funds is the operative or non-operative LC 7. Seller will provide the Proof of Product Bank to Bank. The prime banks only supply the POP after the LC has been established 8. Seller signs and seals final contract, buyer and seller exchange final contract 9.Buyer opens non operative LC 10. Seller issues Max PBG 2% and POP to activate LC 11. Delivery and shipment commence as per Contract 12.Inspection done and LC Coverd and Payment Shipment: vessel will receive in to destination as scheduled 30 till 45 days after receipt of LC and Acceptance by seller bank Payment terms: Letter of Credit : Irrevocable , confirmed, auto Revolving, LC amount payable 100% at sight from a prime bank Inspection: Quality & Quantity & Weight by SGS certified agences or eqvivalent at seller cost at port of loading or landing Performance bond: PBG Max 2% by Sellers bank in favour of the buyer after acceptance of operative LC by sellers bank If you cannot go by these procedures please do not contact us, these are the international procedures.
