Discount to buyer : shall be (for end user) ( USD $ 3.00) per MT Inspection : SGS or equivalent surveillance company certificates , at sellers option , verifying timely Delivery , specifications , delivered quantities as per agreement. Payment terms : By irrevocable , (non-transferable) revolving documentary letter of credit , covering The amount for one month delivery , issued by prime world bank , which shall be payable 100% at sight , or BG that guarantees the payment of all invoice issued to the buyer under Signed contract if the buyer do not pay it .
