Used for treatment of electric insulating oils like transformer oil in order to increase their dielectric strength by means of solid adsorbent (zeolite, silica gel, activated alumina etc.The adsorbent treatment process eliminates mechanical impurities, removes soluble and free water, gases and decreases acidity of insulation oils.

Application:

The power station and mine mainly use ZYD transformer oil purifier machine to deal with transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.

With ZHONGNENG ZYD transformer oil treatment, electrical life are brought equivalent in new transformer oil. Transformer oil regeneration process can be eliminate acid, moisture, gas, sediment,fitler particles from the oil with the thermo-vacuum system and improve the quality

ZHONGNENG can also be used as a mobile type machine to clean oil in a number of machines.
