INSPECTION: Commodity to be inspected at the port of loading by Society Generale De Surveillance (SGS) or equvalent at Seller's cost. PAYMENT TERMS: By Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) for the shipment of 25,000 MT RHWW The total amount of DLC to be transmitted by SWIFT/ COURIER SERVICE to the Sellers nominated bank requesting to inform the Seller immediately upon receipt. PRE-CONDITION: i) DLC shall be TRANSFERABLE. ii) DLC shall be issued following Sellers FCO. iii) Agreed Price must remain valid during the Contracted period.
