Yaqoob Surgical Co, is an instruments manufacturing company, producing precise and well balanced instruments with smooth surface finish. Giving shape to steel into an instrument is a blend of art and engineering, and Nexmed knows how a piece of metal turns into a beautiful and perfect functioning instrument. The selection of material (proper grade stainless steel) performs basic and vital role in the manufacturing process and functioning of instrument, so we always use the most suitable grade stainless steel favorable for cutting and non cutting instruments. Tempering is no doubt has a main role in the manufacturing cycle to give instrument proper hardness and corrosion resistance which enhance the functionality and durability of instrument and we take special cares for that. Instruments are given their final shape and surface finish only after the tempering stage. Surface finish is not just for the visual beauty but it also helps for better cleaning and sterilization of the instrument. We have special setup of our valued workers for the development of smooth and beautiful surface of the instrument. Almost all our instruments are hand made and we always thankful for our craftspeople for their cooperation and contribution in our production and progress. And in fact, they are our most valued assets. The whole manufacturing cycle is being supervised by strict checks and tests. No doubt on the manufacturing track, at several stages we adopt traditional techniques to achieve and maintain the quality and rigidity of the instrument. A ready to use instruments passes through many machine and hand processes, and we don't feel need to brief them in depth, but we believe that finally it should be very comfortable in its use and work following the mind and move of surgeon's hand accurately.
